Kevin Nichols – President
As President and co-owner of Northeast Heating Cooling Refrigeration, my promise to our customers is to offer the highest quality of service and installation in the Capital Region. I still believe in core values, like honesty and integrity. When you’re looking to hire a company for your HVAC needs , I know you have a lot of choices. Just know that if you decide to give us the opportunity to give you an estimate, one of our qualified staff will be more than happy to assist you. Also please know that my team DOES NOT work on commissions as many of our competitors do. Our estimators are not salesman, they have spent years in the field gaining the knowledge and experience. I believe this is important and is a crucial part of getting the job done right. We are here to listen to your needs and do what’s best for your particular application, not to try to sell you things or up sell you things you don’t need, solely for the big commission check.

Don Werner – Vice President
Don is Vice President and co-owner. He has over a decade of experience in the HVAC industry, Don leads our service department with his great technical ability in heating, cooler and refrigeration repairs.
Meet The Estimators
John Broadus
John has over a decade of experience in the HVAC industry and is in charge of running the day to day operations in the construction department. John has a vast knowledge of commercial and residential heating and cooling systems. John can help you with furnaces, air conditioning systems, boilers, humidifiers, roof top units, ductless heat pumps, and system designs.
Tyler Nichols
Tyler runs our refrigeration construction department. He has over a decade of experience. He is more than happy to help you with walk in cooler/freezer design, sales and piping as well as any of your furnace, air conditioning, boiler, ductless heat pumps or humidifiers.
Meet The Office Staff
Grace Nichols
Grace is our service manager. She is usually one of the friendly voices you hear when you call us here at Northeast. Grace goes above and beyond to make sure your experience at Northeast is top notch. She also has wide variety of knowledge in all your heating, cooling, and refrigeration needs.
Kate Richard
Kate has been with us for more than 20 years. She is in charge of all our accounts and daily financial transactions.
Justin Semerad
Justin our team in 2021. He is one of the friendly voices you will hear when you call our office. Justin helps dispatch our service team and works on repair quotes for the service department.
